The LDCD Board has scheduled the District’s Annual Meeting for Tuesday, February 13, 2023, at 7:00pm EST at Emmanuel Apostolic Church, 1320 Morton Ave, Martinsville, IN 46151. Email to board@lakedeturk.org with any question.

The purpose of the Annual District Meeting is to elect Directors for Area 2 and Area 3 and to discuss the past year’s operations. Nomination forms have been mailed for Area 2 and Area 3 and must be returned by January 20, 2023. Pursuant to I.C. 14-33-5-11.5, if there is only one (1) nominee for the election to the Board to represent an Area, an election is not required to be held and the nominee is considered elected as if the election had been held. All District property owners are encouraged to attend this meeting when the Board will reorganize offices and present annual achievement and financial reports.
